A Delicious Alternative to Dessert Drinks using Beverly International Ultimate Muscle Protein.

Ingredients
  1. 12-14 oz cold water
  2. 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peach slices, berry medley)
  3. 2 scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein (I prefer Vanilla)
Instructions
  1. Add Frozen Fruit to Mixer
  2. Add Water
  3. Add Protein
  4. Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute
  5. Pour into a tall glass
  6. Enjoy!
