Holding myself accountable in life

No show planned. But I want to be lean…but Julie is no longer pinchihttp://teamfitbody.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3095&action=edit#ng me every few weeks…I refuse to fall victim to the device known as “the scale.” So who is going to tell me what kind of progress I am making, what I really look like, and if I need to make adjustments in my workouts, nutrition, or supplementation programs?

She never lies to me or sugar coats the truth. She is THE MIRROR! Yes, she will hold me accountable in life! I have decided I will take pictures in the same mirror about every two weeks to measure my progress. Now, I am going to have to photo in a bikini or show suit at some point (and my back side), but today when I had this idea, I did what I could. I utilized an app on my phone that allows me to display a couple photos – me and then the date. I need to be able to easily keep track of when photos were taken, so this is it.

Plan – utilize THE MIRROR. She never lies. Take progress photos in the morning, in a bikini or clothes that allow me to see my physique progress.

My pictures today are funny. But they are me. Just plain me. Rockin through life – these photos are 10 days post Derby.
