One day at a time, and it starts with Sunday Funday – Leggggggggggggs!

Monday night, April 22
Just got my nails did and boy do they look pretty 🙂 Finishing up my favorite meal with the exception of UMP for the day – ground beef and zucchini with a lot of garlic and sea salt. Yum! Knocked out my cardio tonight. Now it’s time for posing and relaxing. Girl needs her rest. And, I am tired! 

Monday mid-afternoon, April 22.
Knocked out my total upper-body recovery session this morning and a bit of cardio. Just a little left for the evening and some posing in some hooker heals. Cannot wait. I have about 32 ounces of water left and really just want to get this in and out. Sorry, maybe too much information, but tired of peeing and want to knock out some cardio intervals without peeing every five minutes. I enjoyed my sweet potatoes in UMP this morning-gosh what a treat! Work is a crawl today – no meetings, so catching up on a lot. I have been extremely productive and made some excellent progress over the weekend as well, but without meetings the day can drag. Early in and early out! Feeling relatively fantastic, although the wobbly feeling of too much water is setting in.

Sunday evening, April 21.
At 5:31pm I finished my second gallon of water. Bigger news, I don’t feel sick from it but I am averaging a trip to pee about every 10 minutes. This should subside as the sun goes down. Posing practice complete. I am extremely excited to wake up to get the week rolling! Netflix time!!!

Just knocked out my final leg day! That. Felt. GREAT!

Legs are always exhausting and an incredible workout. I switched up the final week training program a tad, based on what my current plan was. As I have not been doing lunges, I chose to do a 1/9 mile lap around the track with no weight in place of weighted lunges. I also added in plie squats because I really feel those! In addition I threw 10 minutes onto the step mill workout to round it up to 30. Feeling good. I finished off my climb with the song “Fly.” Somehow, it just always gives me that extra push.
This afternoon I am excited to get the dreaded waxing appointments out of the way, relax and stretch with Denise Austin for a 20 minute quick yoga workout, and to have a few drinks, that would be a lot of drinks of water! 
Cheers to peak week, another victory at the gym, and an unforgettable week ahead!
