Smothered French Toast

WARM AND GOOEY SMOTHERED FRENCH TOAST? YES PLEASE! CHECK OUT ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE HEALTHY RECIPES!

Ingredients:

3 Egg Whites
1/2 Scoop Ultimate Muscle Protein – Vanilla 
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (30 cal / 1 cup) 
1/2 TSP Cinnamon 
1/2 TSP Vanilla 
4 Slices High Fiber, Low Cal Bread (I like Aunt Millies Lite – 35 cals per slice) 

Topping
1/2 scoop Ultimate Muscle Protein 

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 
1/2 Cup Blueberries 

Directions:

Heat a skillet at medium and spray with a bit of non-stick cooking spray like Pam. In a square dish, combine egg whites, almond milk, Ultimate Muscle Protein, cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk together until well blended. Dip pieces of bread into mixture one at a time coating both sides. Cook on skillet, flipping when one side is golden brown. Takes 2-3 minutes per side. For topping, combine Ultimate Muscle Protein and almond milk in a large measuring Cup and whisk together. Pour over top to make Smothered French Toast, top with blueberries and enjoy!
