Ingredients
  1. 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1/2 Cup old fashioned oats
  3. 2 TBPS walden chocolate syrup
  4. 1 TBSP unsweetened coconut
  5. 1 Scoop Chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein
  6. 2 TBSP sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a glass baking dish with Pam Baking Spray
  3. Mix all ingredients together and transfer to baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30 mins or until knife put to center comes out clean.
