Being sick doesn’t help, but questioning where you are and if you are ready is not a good feeling. But…I shall carry on and put 100% effort into it all. My nerves are wavering and doubt is falling into play. I must put these thoughts aside and continue along on my quest. I am too close, I am chasing a dream!
So here’s the grand plan this week! I will be confident on stage!
My diet will be on point (as always!). A sample day will consist of the following:
-1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop of UMP, 1/2 carton of egg whites baked up into a muffin like substance
-6 oz of delicious chicken with 100 calories of green beans
-1 egg, 1/3 cup oats, 1 UMP, and water made into a giant pancake
-100 calorie pack of sea salt almonds for my mid-afternoon munchies
-4 oz of beef with a large zucchini
-4 oz of scrumptious chicken with a salad
-1 scoop of UMP made into pudding
I have 5 days of cardio, 5 days of weights (2 with some fun tabatas), and 3 days of yoga! I got this!!!

So there you have it. Did I mention I also work more then full time? I also enjoy sleep. And I will not miss The Bachelor. It shall be a busy week 🙂 I cannot wait and am hoping my body responds and I see some drastic, positive changes come my way. I’m ready! I just hope my body is!
