The Bikini division is an exciting and fun division where women have the freedom to show off their incredibly physiques with personality and flair. This division is ideal for the woman who would like to compete but has trouble gaining – or chooses not to gain – the amount of muscle development needed to be competitive in figure. Bikini judges will focus on overall shape and conditioning and put less emphasis on the muscularity and extreme leanness that has become the norm for Figure. Here are the specifics:
COMPETITOR RULES
- Competitors will compete in a two-piece suit. The bottom of the suit must be V-shaped. NO THONGS ARE PERMITTED. Competitors can compete in an off the rack suit. All suits must be in good taste.
- Competitors must wear high heels
- Competitors may wear jewlery.
National level contests do not permit competitors to corss over into Bodybuilding, Figure, FItness or Women’s Physique in the same event. All other competitions are permitted to have cross overs at the discretion of the promoter with appropriate approval.
