Delicious recipe for an alternative to bread or pizza crust…
- 1/4 Head Cauliflower
- 1 Egg
- Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Parmesan
- Oregano
- Cauliflower garlic bread...
- Grate fresh cauliflower(about ¼ of a head) and microwaved it for about 6-7 mins.
- Beat an egg in a bowl and added it to the cooked cauliflower until it was like a dough consistency
- Brush lightly with olive oil
- Season with garlic, pepper, parmesan and oregano.
- Bake for about 15-20 mins at 350.
- Could use it as garlic “bread” or pizza crust and add toppings.
