1 scoop Ultimate Muscle Protein
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
Approx. ¼ cup of fresh hot coffee
2 tbsp Fat Free Cool Whip (optional)

Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together in a small bowl or to make it more fun, in a coffee cup.
