Muscle Mocha Pudding

Who says you can’t have a delicious dessert style snack AND eat healthy.  With this recipe you’ll be able to indulge in a Brownie Treat.  Save it for a special holiday when everyone else decides to have birthday cake or pumpkin pie 😉

Ingredients:
1 scoop Ultimate Muscle Protein
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
Approx. ¼ cup of fresh hot coffee
2 tbsp Fat Free Cool Whip (optional)

Approximate Nutrient Profile:
Calories: 202
Protein:  34 g
Carbs: 10 g
Fats:    3 g

Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together in a small bowl or to make it more fun, in a coffee cup.
You will need to adjust the amount of coffee depending on the consistency you desire.
Top with FF Cool Whip as you eat.
