Rocky Road Banana Split

Strawberries, chocolate, banana, UMP… what’s not to love about the Rockey Road Banana Split?  Perfect for a hot summer day!  This guilt free, protein packed dessert incorporates my favorite protein powder – Ultimate Muscle Protein.

Ingredients
  1. 6oz Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
  2. 1 Scoop Beverly Rocky Road UMP
  3. 1 scoop Beverly Provosyn
  4. 1⁄4 cup water
  5. 1 banana (you can leave this out for a lower carb option)
  6. 2 strawberries
  7. 1 T walnuts
  8. 2 T Walden Farm’s Chocolate Syrup
  9. 2 T Walden Farm’s Marshmallow Cream
Instructions
  1. 1) Combine yogurt, protein powder and water and place in
  2. freezer for 30 minutes to an hour. Make sure it is frozen enough to roll into ice cream scoops but not too hard.
  3. 2) Slice banana and strawberries and place in serving dish.
  4. 3) Place Rocky Road UMP Ice Cream balls into center of fruit.
  5. 4) Drizzle with marshmallow cream and chocolate syrup and then sprinkle with walnuts.
