Tasty choices during Operation Clean-Up

Grapefruit as a mid afternoon pick me up at work! No Splenda needed!

So it’s not the “cleanest” Greek yogurt, with 7 grams of sugar, however it does have 80 calories and 12 grams of protein. So not an in season food, but not too shabby. It tastes delicious and the texture isn’t strange like many yogurts.

Well, well, well – Gourmet wrap right here: 71 calorie low carb whole wheat wrap, 80 calorie cup of Greek yogurt, and a 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries = YUM! (It reminds me of a crepe)  
Loaded salad with lunch made by yours truly – Lettuce, red and green peppers, peas, celery, 1 tbs of sunflower seeds, and 5 craisins. No dressing. Just a hint of salt and pepper.

Three days back into eating clean and feeling FULL OF ENERGY and HEALTHY!!!
