I have my moods with foods. I will eat something over and over again until I tire of it and then move along. My goal going into June is to start experimenting with more recipes. I love to bake and cook and need to explore more possibilities. I have pinned numerous recipes on Pinterest and saved many postings from Team FitBody, Quest, and PB2 sites that I am anxious to try. I cannot wait to make up my Whole Foods and Trader Joes shopping list, plan out some incredible meals, and get to work in the kitchen. Unleash, Chef Katie. Walking away from stage has been about the toughest call I have made, never say never, but I think this is right for me. I am trying to find ways to occupy myself, but it’s not working out too well. Maybe cooking will become a new “obsession” but I need something to do.
